I also save thousands of dollars over other EHR companies because there are no fees for updates. It’s the first application I’ve seen that addresses the full range of needs for COVID testing and immunizations, from appointment scheduling to intake to returning results in a shareable and secure format for organizations and for patients to have for themselves.
Pros: Patients save me time and charting by scheduling appointments, doing intakes and taking insurance information on line . I can run daily reports and reduce the paperwork of documentation, and reporting substantially with the reporting feature. Pros: Seamless integration with my billing dept. and ability to customize for my services.
I have been with Dragonfly since they started, they are always improving. It is a nice system that can be used to manage all aspects of delivering POC services. It is essential now that we can schedule appointments through our website and collect intakes on line. What initially appealed to me is there was nothing out there to meet our current needs with COVID and now I can see how much more efficient we are in everything we do.
There is no multi thousand dollar up front software like a lot of other EHR companies want to charge you, along with yearly upgrade fees. None of that here so you start off saving thousands.

We actually did 888 vaccinations a couple of Mondays ago and only in 6 hours. The school was back from ski week and a lot of people needed testing so we used four swabbers that day. We normally use two swabbers at sites when we are there for about 500 tests. The ability of the software to integrate with the lab or other entities is a strong selling point. Your company is doing what we need in healthcare–which is to utilize efficient integration between labs and other entities.
I’m not a pharmacist and I don’t know about the intricacies of your request, but I did just see a feature on a CPESN California pharmacy – Pucci’s Pharmacy in Sacramento. It is my understanding that they are raving about their new technology.
